Abstract
Several researches have focused on the phenomenon of design methods, techniques and tools, countless discoveries have been made not only in the literature but also in the work environment in offices, studios, agencies and schools. There are surveys aimed at teaching and production in the product design, graphic and environmental design segment. In the field of digital design and services, the dissemination of these techniques and tools is recurrent, even if they mostly only meet marketing demands, such as the search for segmentation and consumer engagement.
In view of this scenario, I present the main objectives of this research: to investigate, map and test processes of information architecture design, interaction design and digital interfaces, which act in the communication between human and computational systems, emphasizing the discovery and application of focused methods on the user, which address communicational, cognitive, collaborative and participatory aspects.
